Job Title: Field Executive- Sarfaesi Enforcement

Location: Kaushambi, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Experience: 6 Months –1 year (Possession experience preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Field Executive – SARFAESI Enforcement to assist in field-level enforcement and recovery-related activities for secured assets. The candidate will be required to regularly visit properties, borrowers, and concerned authorities and coordinate with the internal team for timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct field visits to borrowers, mortgaged properties, and secured assets.

· Assist in SARFAESI enforcement and possession-related activities as per instructions.

· Visit properties for inspection, verification, and status updates.

· Coordinate with borrowers, property occupants, banks/financial institutions, advocates, and other concerned parties.

· Assist in serving notices and other official documents as instructed.

· Collect and report relevant property and borrower information from the field.





· Take photographs, prepare field visit reports, and maintain proper records.

· Coordinate with the legal and operations team regarding the status of assigned matters.

· Assist in physical possession and other enforcement activities under the guidance of the concerned team/authorized personnel.

· Ensure timely submission of daily field reports and updates.

· Travel to different locations as required for assigned cases.

· Perform other field-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.
