Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for the gold showroom.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, and other social media platforms.
- Create engaging content for jewellery products, new collections, offers, festivals, and showroom events.
- Coordinate with photographers/designers to create high-quality product photos, reels, videos, and promotional creatives.
- Run and monitor Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate leads through social media, paid advertising, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, brand visibility, and showroom footfall.
- Manage WhatsApp marketing and customer communication campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly/monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on digital leads and inquiries.
- Promote special occasions, festivals, wedding collections, offers,



and new jewellery launches.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and SEO.
- Knowledge of Instagram Reels and short-form video marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to understand customer preferences and jewellery market trends.
- Positive analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in jewellery, retail, luxury, fashion, or showroom marketing will be preferred.
