Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Development professional to drive B2B business development and client acquisition for our consulting and professional services business.

The role will primarily focus on lead generation, prospect identification, relationship building, engaging with decision-makers, and fixing qualified business meetings for the consulting team.

This is not a traditional field-sales role. The candidate should be strong in identifying opportunities, creating conversations with potential clients, and converting prospects into qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B business development strategies to generate new opportunities.
- Identify target companies, prospects, and key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn,



social media, digital channels, networking, and other platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong sales/business development pipeline.
- Initiate conversations with CXOs, business owners, senior management, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and identify relevant consulting opportunities.
- Fix and coordinate qualified meetings between prospects and the consulting team.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and move opportunities through the business development pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong qualified relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Track lead-generation activities, meetings, opportunities, and conversions.
- Explore business opportunities across Tamil Nadu and other South Indian markets.
- Travel across South India for client meetings, networking, and business development activities whenever required.
- Work closely with internal consulting
