JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and supervise residential interior projects from execution to final handover.
Study work orders, drawings, BOQ, and project requirements.

Coordinate and supervise carpenters, installation teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
Coordinate with clients, designers, production, logistics, and other teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Supervise carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other interior works.
Verify materials received at site against the work order and material checklist.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and execution challenges.
Maintain project updates, site reports, and work schedules.
Communicate with clients and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience.
Coordinate snag rectification and ensure timely project handover.

SKILLS REQUIRED
Strong team leadership and project coordination skills.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.




Good knowledge of residential interior execution.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Good interpersonal and coordination skills.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
2–6 years of experience in residential interiors, modular furniture, fit-out, or related project execution.
Two-wheeler & valid driving licence – Mandatory.
