Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for industrial construction projects from concept to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental norms throughout the construction process.
Job Requirements :
- 5-15 years of experience in civil construction or related field (industrial construction).
- Solid understanding of commercial buildings, commercial complexes, industrial projects, industrialization processes.
- Proficiency in planning engineering principles including schedule planning and site planning.
