Role & responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for outlet and corporate positions.
- Handle bulk hiring for Crew Members, Cashiers, Supervisors, Outlet Managers, and other frontline staff.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with outlet managers and ensure timely hiring and onboarding.

Payroll & Attendance
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain employee records and HR MIS.

Training & Development
- Identify training requirements and coordinate employee training programs.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
- Monitor training effectiveness and employee development.

HR Administration
- Manage employee documentation, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exits.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters,



and HR-related queries.
- Maintain HR policies, records, and documentation.
- Support statutory compliance and labour law requirements.
- Conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Monitor attrition and implement measures to improve employee retention.

Preferred candidate profile
- 2 - 4years of experience in HR, preferably from Caf, QSR, Restaurant, F&B;, Hospitality, or Retail.
- Strong experience in Recruitment, Payroll, Training, and HR Administration.
- Experience handling frontline/blue-collar employees and multi-outlet operations is preferred.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage a quick-paced, high-volume work environment.
