About Us:
Zivah Stays and Zeppy Stays have colaborated to manage premium villas, homestays, and hospitality properties across Goa. We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Villa Sales Executive to handle guest inquiries and maximize bookings across our property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend inquiries received via phone, WhatsApp, email, Airbnb, and other booking channels.
- Understand guest requirements, including dates, group size, budget, and preferences.
- Present suitable villa options and share property details, photos, videos, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospective guests and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- If the requested property is unavailable, offer alternative villas from the company's inventory and partner properties.
- Maintain inquiry and booking records in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Coordinate with property managers regarding availability and guest requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of booking advances and payment confirmations.




- Build strong relationships with guests and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
- Achieve monthly booking and revenue targets.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, email, and basic computer applications.
- Sales, hospitality, travel, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Freshers with robust communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
