Job Summary

The Technical Proposal Executive is responsible for preparing accurate technical and commercial quotations, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with internal departments, and supporting the sales team from enquiry receipt to order completion. The role requires solid technical understanding, attention to detail, and effective communication to ensure timely submission of proposals and successful order execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Review customer enquiries, RFQs, and technical specifications.
- Understand customer requirements and ensure technical feasibility before preparing quotations.
- Prepare technical and commercial quotations using Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Develop detailed technical proposals, specifications, and compliance statements.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and purchase teams for technical and commercial inputs.
- Ensure quotations are accurate,



competitive, and submitted within the required timelines.
- Follow up with customers regarding submitted quotations and support order closure.
- Respond to customer queries and provide clarification on technical and commercial aspects.
- Prepare order files after receipt of Purchase Orders (POs).
- Coordinate post-order activities until successful order completion and delivery.
- Maintain quotation records, proposal documentation, and customer correspondence.
- Update quotation status, order tracking, and sales reports.
- Support the sales team in achieving business targets by providing timely proposal support.

Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience may apply.
