Position Summary:

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to own the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from market research and lead generation to high-level negotiation and deal closure. In this role, you will lead growth initiatives by identifying strategic opportunities for our IT services and custom technology solutions. You will drive commercial decision-making, ensure the health of the sales pipeline, and deliver high-impact business growth for the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn networking, and freelance platforms.
- Client Acquisition: Conduct initial discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and present our IT solutions effectively.




- Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position MetaUpSpace as a market leader.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the tech team to ensure technical feasibility for client requirements.

Required Qualifications
- 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Business Development, sales, or lead generation, preferably within the IT services or software industry.
- Robust foundation in the sales lifecycle, including prospecting, cold outreach, and high-level negotiation.
- Deep understanding of IT solutions and emerging technologies (AI, Web, and Cloud) to effectively bridge the gap between client needs and technical delivery.
