Healthcare Application Support Lead

Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune

Experience-6-10 Years

Required Experience
- Extensive experience in application support, production operations, or software development.
- Experience supporting US Healthcare Insurance applications involving claims, member, provider, benefits, or enrollment domains.
- Robust experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET), SQL Server, and REST APIs.
- Expertise in incident management, root cause analysis, problem management, and stakeholder communication. • Experience with application integrations, data interfaces, and middleware troubleshooting.
- Strong SQL skills for analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation.
- Experience developing automation solutions for monitoring,



operational support, configuration validation, alerting, and repetitive support tasks.

Technical Skills
- .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server
- REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
- Microsoft technology stack

• Automation scripting and operational process automation
- Application monitoring and production support tools
- Power BI/Tableau knowledge is a plus
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare regulations is a plus
- Experience leveraging AI tools for support productivity and automation is preferred
