JOB SUMMARY

SABOLS is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development, customer acquisition, brand promotion, and digital marketing activities.

The candidate should have strong field sales experience along with practical knowledge of digital marketing. This role requires regular client meetings, lead generation, sales follow-ups, market research, and coordination of online and offline marketing campaigns.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and approach new corporate, commercial, retail, and institutional customers
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, referrals, online platforms, and digital campaigns
- Present SABOLS products and services to prospective clients
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and sales opportunities




- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
- Assist with social media marketing, online promotions, and lead-generation campaigns
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new market opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, sales pipelines, and conversions
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Work towards achieving monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Practical experience or professional knowledge of digital marketing is mandatory
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in B2B sales and corporate customer acquisition is preferred
- Familiarity with social media marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads,
