We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager
to lead
patient acquisition and growth marketing




for a rapidly growing healthcare and aesthetic services organization.

This role focuses on
scaling B2C lead generation through paid acquisition channels
and optimizing the entire marketing funnel.

What You’ll Do

✔ Manage high-budget paid campaigns across
Google Ads and Meta Ads

✔ Drive patient acquisition for cosmetic and dermatology treatments

✔ Optimize marketing funnels from ad click → consultation booking

✔ Run continuous A/B testing for ads and landing pages

✔ Analyze campaign performance and scale winning strategies

What We’re Looking For

✔ 8–12 years in
Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing

✔ Solid experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads

✔ Proven success in B2C lead generation campaigns

✔ Experience with healthcare, cosmetic clinics, dermatology, or MedSpa marketing
is highly preferred

✔ Strong analytical and funnel optimization skills
