Position Overview

The Customer Support Associate cum sales representative plays a vital role in driving business growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will serve as the core link between our clients, the account sales team, and the operations department. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end customer journey—from initial inquiry and onboarding to ongoing CRM management and operational transition.

Key Responsibilities Inquiry Management & Customer Support
- Handle Sales Queries: Respond promptly to new incoming sales inquiries from both prospective leads and existing clients.
- Resolve Issues: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales-related customer questions, providing accurate and timely information.

Customer Onboarding & Transition
- Onboard Clients: Guide new customers through the setup process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Liaise with Operations:



Hand over onboarded clients to the operations team seamlessly to ensure services or products are delivered efficiently.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Procure Quotations: Partner closely with the Sales Team to gather numbers and request formal quotations.
- Manage RFQs: Help compile, track, and process Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to meet client deadlines.
- Bridge Communication: Work alongside sales reps to solve complex customer problems and clear bottlenecks.

Data & CRM Management
- Update Records: Maintain clean, accurate data by continuously updating the CRM with recent and existing customer details.
- Track Interactions: Log all relevant sales activity, notes, and account changes into the system.

Job Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Previous background in customer service, sales administration, or client onboarding.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on experience working with standard CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
