Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lucknow Office

Experience Required: 2–3 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Executive (Male & Female) to join our Lucknow office. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling prospective customers, conducting site visits, following up with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Generate and follow up on leads through calls, references, digital enquiries, and other sources.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable units.

· Handle incoming enquiries and maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

· Schedule and conduct client meetings and site visits.

· Present project details, pricing, payment plans, offers, and investment benefits to customers.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.





· Coordinate with the CRM and other internal teams for booking and documentation processes.

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

· Participate in property exhibitions, promotional activities, events, and marketing campaigns.

· Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

· Required a graduate candidates for this role.

· 2–3 years of experience in sales; real estate experience will be an added advantage.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Good negotiation and convincing skills.

· Solid customer-handling and follow-up abilities.

· Target-oriented with a positive attitude.

· Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.

Timings: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
