We are looking for a detail-oriented Lease Abstraction Executive/Analyst to review commercial real estate lease documents and accurately extract key lease terms and data into designated systems or templates. The candidate should have strong attention to detail, positive English comprehension, and the ability to understand legal and contractual terminology.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze commercial lease agreements, amendments, renewals, and related documents.
- Extract and abstract critical lease information, including:
- Tenant and landlord details
- Property and premises information
- Lease commencement and expiration dates
- Rent and escalation details
- Security deposits
- Renewal and termination options
- Rent-free periods
- Operating expenses / CAM charges
- Taxes and insurance provisions
- Maintenance and repair responsibilities
- Assignment and subleasing clauses




- Default and termination provisions
- Enter extracted information accurately into lease management systems or predefined templates.
- Cross-check abstracted data against source documents to ensure accuracy.
- Identify missing, unclear, or conflicting information and escalate when required.
- Review lease amendments and update existing lease data accordingly.
- Maintain confidentiality of client and lease-related information.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
- Follow standard operating procedures and client-specific abstraction guidelines.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per year
