An Appointment Generation Executive reaches out to business prospects via cold calls, emails, and social media to book qualified sales meetings for senior account teams. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and pipeline building, often within B2B technology or global markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to target accounts.
- Lead Qualification: Engage C-level executives, VPs, and Directors to assess needs using frameworks like BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
- Meeting Scheduling: Book discovery calls and product demos for the internal sales team.
- CRM Management: Track all prospect interactions, notes, and pipeline stages accurately in tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) for dials, connects, and appointments booked.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 3 years of B2B lead generation or appointment-setting experience.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills with high professional etiquette.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and prospecting tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Attributes: High resilience, persistence, and ability to handle rejection during cold outreach.
- Work Flexibility: Readiness to work in shifting schedules or night shifts depending on target geographies like the US market.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
