Job Description

Chemistry graduate, you will be involved in chemical analysis, characterization and evaluation of raw materials, rubber compounds, and tyre-related materials, supporting product development and R&D; initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct chemical analysis and characterization of raw materials, rubber compounds, and related materials.
- Perform laboratory testing and evaluation as per established test methods and procedures.
- Support analysis of rubber chemicals, additives, polymers, and other R&D; materials.
- Interpret test results and prepare technical reports and documentation.
- Support R&D; projects related to material evaluation, product development, and performance improvement.
- Assist in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of material and product-related issues.




- Maintain laboratory records, test data, and documentation.
- Work closely with R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, and other technical teams.

Qualification
- M.Sc. in Chemistry – Freshers to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong fundamentals in Organic / Analytical / Polymer Chemistry will be preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical analysis, instrumental techniques, and laboratory practices is an advantage.
- Positive analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
