1. Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Procurement / China Sourcing professional with strong expertise in electronic components, ATM hardware, and China supplier management.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end procurement activities, including China sourcing, supplier development, RFQ management, price negotiation, order finalization, import coordination, shipment tracking, and supplier quality management.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of electronic peripherals and components and be comfortable dealing directly with Chinese and international suppliers.

2. Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Sourcing

Manage procurement of electronic peripherals, HDD/SSD storage devices, PCB components, PCBA, cables, connectors, and wire harnesses.

Identify, evaluate,



and develop reliable China-based and local suppliers.

Source current products and components based on technical and commercial requirements.

Manage the complete procurement cycle from RFQ to order finalization and delivery.

China Supplier Management

Coordinate directly with Chinese/import suppliers for RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and order placement.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key China suppliers.

Negotiate pricing, MOQ, payment terms, lead times, warranty, and commercial conditions.

Monitor supplier performance and ensure timely fulfilment of purchase orders.

Import & Logistics

Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for import shipments.

Handle and verify import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, and other relevant documents.

Coordinate shipment schedules and monitor lead times and delivery status.
