The Logistics Executive will manage the movement, storage, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. This role ensures timely delivery to project sites, optimizes transportation costs, and coordinates with production, stores, and purchase teams to maintain a smooth supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Material Dispatch: Organize and oversee dispatch of finished products to project sites (toll plaza, bullet train, defense projects).
- Transportation Management: Coordinate with transporters for vehicle scheduling, route planning, and timely deliveries.
- Inventory Coordination: Work with store executives to ensure accurate stock movement and documentation.
- Documentation: Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, invoices, and maintain ERP entries.
- Cost Optimization:
Monitor freight costs and negotiate with vendors to reduce logistics expenses.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to statutory requirements (GST, transport permits, safety norms).
- Coordination: Liaise with production and purchase teams to align dispatch schedules with project timelines.
- Reporting: Generate MIS reports on dispatches, transport costs, and delivery performance.
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
