Job Description – Pizzaiolo Commis I / II / III

Position: Commis I / Commis II / Commis III – Pizzaiolo
Department: Kitchen / Pizza Section
Location: Whitefield, Bengaluru
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹23,000 per month
Experience: 6 months to 3 years

Job Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing pizzas as per standard recipes and quality standards.
- Prepare pizza dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients.
- Assist with dough stretching, portioning, topping, and baking.
- Operate pizza ovens safely under supervision.
- Maintain proper mise en place before and during service.
- Follow portion control and reduce food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pizza station.
- Follow FIFO and proper food storage practices.
- Support senior chefs during busy service hours.
- Follow all kitchen safety and food hygiene standards.





Requirements
- Basic knowledge of pizza preparation and kitchen operations.
- Commis I should have good knowledge of pizza making and dough handling.
- Commis II should have basic practical experience in the pizza section.
- Commis III can be a fresher with basic kitchen knowledge.
- Good teamwork and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Versatile to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
