Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV systems, internet/network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems using various tools such as asset management software.
- Configure current employee accounts on company's IT infrastructure including Active Directory.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks like patching operating systems, updating antivirus definitions etc.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of recurring issues.
