The Civil Procurement Executive will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring construction and poly house-related materials. The role requires strong vendor management, cost optimization, and timely delivery to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Material Procurement: Source and procure civil construction materials (cement, steel, aggregates, etc.) and poly house-specific items (shade nets, drip irrigation systems, greenhouse films, structural components).
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors; maintain long-term supplier relationships.
- Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve cost savings.
- Purchase Orders: Prepare and process purchase orders in line with project requirements and company policies.
- Inventory Coordination: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with site engineers, and ensure timely replenishment.
- Compliance: Ensure procurement activities adhere to organizational standards, quality checks,



and statutory requirements.
- Reporting: Maintain procurement records, vendor performance reports, and cost analysis documentation.

Required Skills
- Procurement Knowledge: Robust understanding of construction and poly house material categories.
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to secure favorable terms with suppliers.
- ERP/Software Tools: Familiarity with procurement software, ERP systems, or MS Excel.
- Communication: Clear and professional communication with vendors and internal teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze quotations, compare vendor offers, and prepare cost-benefit reports.

Qualifications
- MBA / B.Tech (Civil or related discipline preferred).
- 2–3 years of procurement experience in construction or agriculture/polyhouse projects.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
