Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, achieve business targets, improve customer satisfaction, and drive overall dealership sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, enquiries, leads, test drives, bookings, and retail deliveries.
- Develop strategies to increase vehicle sales and improve conversion ratios.
- Ensure proper follow-up on leads and customer enquiries.
- Monitor the sales funnel and ensure timely closure of pending leads.
- Handle key customers and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.




- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and coach Sales Executives to improve their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, CRM, Service, and other departments for smooth customer delivery.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Drive customer satisfaction and improve repeat/referral business.
- Support management in developing new business opportunities and local marketing activities.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing will be an advantage.
- 5–8 years of experience in automobile sales, preferably in a dealership.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial sales role.
