Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production planning, output schedules, resource allocation, and productive processing of raw materials such as soybean, mustard, palm, and rice bran.
- Ensure smooth plant operations and achieve production targets while maintaining productivity and operational efficiency.
- Quality & Food Safety: Ensure strict compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and other applicable food safety and quality standards.
- Monitor key oil quality parameters including FFA, color, peroxide value, and other relevant specifications.
- Maintenance & Utilities: Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of boilers, turbines, solvent extraction units, high-capacity pumps, and other critical plant equipment.




- Minimize equipment downtime and ensure maximum plant availability through effective maintenance planning.
- Cost & Yield Optimization: Monitor production costs, material consumption, process losses, and oil recovery to improve yield and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, wastage reduction, and cost optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory requirements across the plant.
- Lead and motivate production, maintenance, quality, and utility teams to achieve operational goals.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
