About the Role

We are looking for an energetic, creative, and people-oriented Events & Activities Executive to plan and conduct engaging activities, events, and programs for senior residents at Manasum Senior Living.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and organize daily, weekly, and monthly activities for senior residents.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor games, entertainment, cultural, social, and recreational activities.
- Organize festivals, birthdays, celebrations, theme days, and special events.
- Encourage residents to participate and create a positive, friendly atmosphere.
- Understand residents’ interests and plan activities according to their preferences.
- Coordinate with vendors, performers, trainers, and external activity partners.
- Prepare and maintain an activities calendar and event schedule.
- Arrange activity materials, decorations,



equipment, and other event requirements.
- Coordinate with the operations and care teams to ensure activities are conducted safely.
- Collect resident feedback and suggest new and creative engagement activities.
- Maintain basic records and reports related to activities and events.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Experience in events, hospitality, recreation, senior living, community engagement, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, creative, patient, and comfortable interacting with senior citizens.
- Positive event planning and coordination skills.
- Confident in hosting and conducting group activities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good command of English and Kannada preferred.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
