Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, maintaining high quality business data, and executing outbound outreach campaigns. This role requires a candidate with aCivil Engineering background who is looking to transition into Pre-Sales, Business Development, or Sales.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, has strong written communication skills, and isinterested in B2B sales, lead generation, and marketing. You will work closely with the sales and marketingteams to build and nurture a healthy sales pipeline through data-driven prospecting and outreach activity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct online research to identify potential business opportunities and maintain high-quality prospectdatabases.

2. Generate and qualify leads based on predefined business criteria. Verify, update, and maintain accurate business and contact information to ensure data quality.

Support the execution of outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.

4. Monitor campaign performance and maintain records of outreach activities.

5. Perform regular data cleaning, validation, and database maintenance.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.

7. Prepare reports and summaries related to lead generation and research activities.

Required Skills & Qualities:

1. 1+ year of experience in Civil Engineering, Pre-Sales, Lead Generation, Business Development, DataResearch or a similar role.

2. Solid online research and analytical skills.

3. Excellent written English communication skills.

4. Good understanding of B2B lead generation and prospecting.

5. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
