We’re looking for a funny, creative, and fast-paced scriptwriter to write scripts for Roblox YouTube Shorts.
Our content is built around funny situations, roasting, unexpected twists, arguments, awkward moments, and entertaining characters. The goal is to create scripts that grab attention immediately and keep viewers watching until the final punchline.
What You’ll Do
- Write fast-paced Roblox Shorts scripts designed for high viewer retention.
- Create funny dialogues, arguments, roasts, comebacks, and unexpected situations.
- Write strong hooks in the first 1–2 lines.
- Keep scenes moving quickly with minimal unnecessary dialogue.
- Create satisfying punchlines and twists.
- Develop relatable and entertaining character interactions.
- Rewrite and improve scripts based on feedback.
- Study successful Roblox Shorts and understand what makes them engaging.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong comedy and storytelling skills.
- Excellent English and natural dialogue writing.
- Ability to write short, punchy, conversational dialogue.
- Good understanding of internet/Gen-Z humor.
- Ability to create brutal but funny roasts without making the dialogue feel forced.
- Strong sense of pacing and comedic timing.
- Experience writing YouTube Shorts, Roblox content, or similar short-form content is a plus.
The Writing Style
Our scripts should feel:
Rapid Funny Chaotic Unexpected Highly Engaging
No long introductions, boring exposition, or unnecessary dialogue.
Every few seconds should give the viewer a reason to keep watching.
Requirements
- Ability to consistently produce scripts on deadline.
- Strong attention to grammar and dialogue flow.
- Willingness to revise scripts based on feedback.
- Reliable communication.
- Must be comfortable writing multiple short scripts regularly.
