Job Requirements :
- 6-12 years of experience in banking or finance industry with a focus on business operations or sales operations.
- Robust understanding of banking operations, including lending processes, deposit products, and customer service standards.
- Proven track record in managing teams and driving sales growth through effective leadership and strategy development.
