As an Operations Automation Associate within our Fund Servicing – Financial Reporting Change Team, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities
- Build low-code automation infrastructure using Alteryx Designer/Server to enable scalable capabilities
- Gather requirements and translate business needs into automation solutions
- Design solution architecture for end-to-end automation workflows
- Develop automation workflows using Alteryx and/or UiPath
- Test automation solutions to ensure accuracy, stability, and control compliance
- Deploy workflows to Alteryx Server and/or UiPath Orchestrator in line with standards
- Optimize operational processes through business process analysis and redesign
- Implement intelligent automation to create capacity, reduce risk, and streamline processes
- Partner with technology and stakeholders to deliver automation engagements end-to-end
- Monitor deployed automations and drive continuous improvement post-release
- Adhere to firm standards, controls, and governance throughout delivery
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Demonstrate 3+ years of hands-on Alteryx or UiPath experience in an enterprise setting
- Show experience deploying workflows to Alteryx Server or UiPath Orchestrator
- Apply 3+ years of experience analyzing complex operational processes and data to draw accurate conclusions
- Assess risk implications by understanding business context and controls
- Use basic software development principles in solution delivery
- Operate effectively with intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Leverage knowledge of one or more intelligent automation applications and/or programming languages
