Senior E-commerce Associate The Indus Valley

Location: Perungudi, Chennai
Experience: 3-5 Years | Full time(5 Days WFO and alternative Saturdays working)

The Indus Valley is looking for a Senior E-commerce Associate to drive marketplace operations, sales performance, and growth across online channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.
- Monitor and improve sales, revenue, conversion, traffic, and product performance.
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, and catalog accuracy.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, deals, offers, and promotions.
- Analyse sales and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitors, pricing, product visibility, and market trends.
- Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, logistics, finance, and customer support teams.
- Track orders, returns, cancellations, inventory,



and marketplace issues.
- Prepare regular MIS and performance reports for management.
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements to increase marketplace efficiency and profitability.

Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce/marketplace management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of marketplace analytics, sales metrics, inventory, and promotions.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in D2C, consumer products, home & kitchen, or FMCG will be an advantage.
