We are currently hiring for the following positions at Hotel Saffron Leaf:

Executive Assistant to Managing Director (EA to MD) – Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and executive support to the Managing Director.
- Manage the MD’s daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings on behalf of the MD.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports,



and necessary documents.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, discussions, decisions, and action points.
- Prepare and circulate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and follow up on pending action items.
- Coordinate with department heads and management to ensure timely completion of tasks assigned by the MD.
- Act as a communication link between the MD and various departments, stakeholders, clients, vendors, and business associates.
- Handle emails, correspondence, letters, notices, and official communications as required by the MD.
- Draft professional letters, memos, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Screen and prioritize calls, messages, meetings, and requests directed to the MD.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company, management, financial, employee, and business information.
- Organize and maintain significant files, contracts, reports, records, and confidential documents.
