Role Description
The Accounts Receivable Analyst role at GBG EV is a full time, on-site position based in Noida.



The analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle, including generating and reviewing customer invoices, monitoring payments, and reconciling accounts to ensure accurate and timely collections. Day-to-day tasks include tracking outstanding receivables, following up with internal and external stakeholders on payment status, resolving billing discrepancies, and preparing regular AR reports and dashboards for the finance and leadership teams. The role also involves supporting month-end closing activities, maintaining documentation for audits, and contributing to process improvements that enhance cash flow visibility and control. Collaboration with operations and finance teams is essential to align billing and receivables with fleet performance and contractual terms.
