We are looking for an experienced
Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
with strong expertise in
Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Core HR
. The role involves understanding business requirements, functional configuration, technical development, integrations, troubleshooting, and production support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both
functional and technical areas
, collaborating with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable Oracle HCM solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, including
Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, and Core HR
.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules based on business requirements and established best practices.
- Develop and customize technical components including
Quick Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI, and integrations
.
- Design, develop,



and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and third-party applications using
Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and other integration technologies
.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues by analyzing application behavior, logs, data, configurations, and integrations, and identify root causes.
- Work closely with business and functional teams to understand requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Develop and maintain
Fast Formulas
for payroll, absence, benefits, and other HCM business processes.
- Create and support data migration and data-loading activities using
HDL, HCM Extracts, and other Oracle HCM data tools
.
- Design and develop
BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, dashboards, and data models
based on business requirements.
- Manage and support HCM security roles, data access, business objects, and related configurations.
- Participate in
system integration testing, functional testing, UAT
