We are looking for a qualified Company Secretary with 2-3 years of experience to manage corporate governance, statutory compliance, secretarial activities, and regulatory filings. The incumbent will ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, and support the leadership team in maintaining effective governance practices.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, MCA regulations, and other applicable corporate laws.
- Prepare and file statutory returns, forms, and documents with MCA and other regulatory authorities.
- Organize and coordinate Board Meetings, Committee Meetings, and Annual General Meetings (AGMs).
- Draft agendas, notices, minutes, and resolutions for Board and Committee meetings.
- Maintain statutory registers, records, and secretarial documentation.
- Support implementation of corporate governance frameworks and compliance processes.
- Liaise with auditors, legal advisors, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor changes in corporate laws and advise management on compliance requirements.
- Assist in due diligence,



restructuring, fund raising, and other corporate transactions as required.
- Ensure timely compliance reporting and maintenance of corporate records.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA compliances.
