1. Manage end-to-end accounting operations including review and scrutiny of books of accounts, ledgers, journal entries, and financial records for assigned entities/projects.
2. Ensure timely closure and finalization of accounts, including preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, schedules, and coordination for statutory audits.
3. Support preparation and consolidation of financial statements of group entities in compliance with applicable Accounting Standards, Ind AS, and Companies Act requirements.
4. Ensure timely compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations, including GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, Qualified Tax, and other applicable statutory requirements.
5. Review tax computations, returns, reconciliations, and assessments, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of notices and queries from regulatory authorities.
6. Monitor and review bank reconciliations, cash flows, fund utilization, and financial controls to ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting.

Oversee project accounting and real estate-specific financial transactions, including revenue recognition, project cost allocation, inventory accounting, and RERA-related financial reporting.
8. Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for audits, assessments, certifications, and compliance matters.
9. Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, taxation laws, GST regulations, RERA provisions, and corporate compliance requirements, and ensure implementation across the organization.
10. Prepare and review periodic MIS reports, financial dashboards, budgets, variance analysis, and management presentations to support business decision-making.
11. Strengthen internal controls, compliance frameworks, and process improvements to enhance financial governance, operational efficiency, and risk management.
