Job Title: Jr. Graphic Designer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Jr. Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, and the
ability to use AI tools for creative ideation and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create social media creatives, campaign designs, presentations, banners, brochures, and marketing materials
- Develop visually appealing designs for real estate projects and promotional campaigns
- Create design concepts based on campaign requirements and brand guidelines
- Apply typography, layouts, colour theory, and visual hierarchy effectively
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various digital and offline platforms
- Use AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Gemini, and similar tools for ideation and creative exploration
- Use AI for image generation, design references,



and developing creative concepts
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, visual style, and design elements
- Coordinate with the marketing and content teams to understand and execute design requirements
- Review and refine designs based on feedback and project requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design or a related role
- Good knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
- Robust understanding of typography, layouts, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
- Familiarity with AI creative tools and image-generation platforms
- Basic knowledge of branding and design systems
- Motion graphics/After Effects knowledge is an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
