Job Description

We are looking for a Telesales Caller to contact potential learners, explain our training programs clearly, answer basic questions, and follow up with interested leads. The role involves making daily outbound calls, updating lead status in the CRM, scheduling follow-ups, sharing program details on WhatsApp/email, and supporting the sales team in converting enquiries into enrollments.

The ideal person should be confident on calls, comfortable speaking with working professionals, disciplined with follow-ups, and able to communicate without sounding pushy or salesy. Prior telesales or customer calling experience is preferred.
