Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Reports To: Founder's Office

About ReDial Clinic

ReDial Clinic is a physician-led metabolic reversal clinic in Recent Delhi, founded by Dr. Gagandeep Singh. We operate with a strong focus on discipline, organisation, responsibility, and high standards.

We are looking for a Home & Property Manager who can take complete ownership of the day-to-day management of the Founder's residence and associated properties.

About the Role

This is not a passive caretaker role.

We are looking for someone who can independently manage household staff, security, maintenance, vendors, purchasing, inventory, and property-related work.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, responsible, organised, and capable of identifying problems before they become bigger issues. You should be comfortable taking ownership and following up until a task is completely resolved.





Key Responsibilities-Home Management
- Manage the overall day-to-day functioning of the residence.
- Ensure cleanliness, upkeep, organisation, and smooth functioning of the property.
- Identify household requirements and ensure they are addressed on time.

Staff & Helpers Management
- Supervise household helpers, drivers, cleaners, and other support staff.
- Allocate daily responsibilities and monitor attendance and performance.
- Coordinate replacements or additional support whenever required.
- Ensure staff follow their assigned duties and maintain expected standards.

Security Management
- Coordinate and supervise security guards across the residence and other properties.
- Monitor guard duty schedules and attendance.
- Ensure security protocols are being followed.
- Immediately report incidents, negligence, or security concerns to management.

Maintenance & Vendor Management
- Coordinate electricians, plumbers
