Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections of residential high rise buildings, including finishing works such as painting, plastering, and tiling.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations related to RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) structures.
- Identify defects or deviations from standards during construction phases and recommend corrective actions to maintain quality standards.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve quality issues and improve overall project outcomes.
- Develop and implement effective quality control plans for current projects.
