Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company's revenue growth. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and client visits.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.




- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable business solutions.
- Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by management.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM or MIS.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections from customers.
- Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events whenever required.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt support and relationship management.
