Role Purpose (1–3 lines): This role focuses on refining, automating, and optimizing our software development and deployment pipelines. As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with development, operations, and QA teams to ensure consistent, reliable, and effective delivery of software across dedicated, multi‑tenant, and hybrid cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Support the setup and improvement of automation tools such as Copado and Jenkins to streamline development and deployment workflows. Assist in exploring recent tools that enhance team efficiency.
· Work closely with senior engineers and leads to understand day‑to‑day challenges and help improve delivery processes.
· Assist in managing cloud resources and environments used by applications.



Learn and apply Infrastructure‑as‑Code practices to help maintain scalable and consistent environments.
· Help configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Copado or Jenkins. Support troubleshooting and resolving basic issues across development, testing, and production environments.
· Monitor system performance using logging/alerting tools and provide initial diagnostics during incidents.
· Continuously learn DevOps tools, cloud technologies, and best practices while maintaining explicit documentation.
