Respond promptly to incoming enquiries through calls, Whats App, email, walk-ins and online chan nels Conduct telephone, video and in-person counselling sess ions Explain course content, certification, fees, batch schedules and learning outcomes cle arly Recommend the most suitable course based on the candidate’s requirem ents Follow up consistently, handle questions and objections, and convert qualified leads into admiss ions Maintain an updated lead pipeline and record every interaction in the CRMCoordinate with faculty and operations teams for demonstrations, workshops, batch scheduling and student onboar ding Represent the institute at CMEs, workshops and educational events when requ

ents:
At least 3 years of experience in admissions counselling,



academic counselling, education sales, inside sales or another target-based B2 C sale s role Strong spoken and written communication in English and Hindi Confidence in speaking with doctors, healthcare professionals and other prospective le arners Valuable follow-up, objection-handling and closing skills Working knowledge of CRM systems, Excel and basic computer tools Organised, professional and responsible with lead foll
