Role
Responsible for engaging with existing and prospective donors over the phone, creating awareness about Bal Raksha Bharat’s work, and converting conversations into donations.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing/prospective donors.
Communicate the organisation’s mission and programmes effectively.
Generate one-time and regular donations through donor conversations.
Follow up with interested donors and maintain donor relationships.
Update donor interactions and outcomes in CRM.
Achieve monthly fundraising and conversion targets.
Handle donor queries professionally and follow ethical fundraising practices.

Requirements
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Robust persuasion, listening and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with good follow-up abilities.
Experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, fundraising, BPO or customer service is an advantage.
Freshers with robust communication skills can also apply.
