Role Description: The Business Development Manager is a full time, in office role based in the Chennai metropolitan area. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities in audio-video technology, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, corporate clients, and system integrators, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations,



preparing proposals and quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company policies. The role involves collaborating with technical and product teams to align solutions with customer requirements, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and maintaining an organized sales pipeline and reporting in CRM or similar tools. The Business Development Manager is expected to represent Camixel professionally at industry events, trainings, and customer demos and contribute to strategic planning for the region.
Qualifications

Strong business development, sales, and account management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets in technology or related industries.
Experience or keen interest in audio-video, broadcast, or qualified media solutions, with the ability to understand technical features and translate them into customer value.
