Role Description The Senior Receptionist is a full-time, in office role based at the Clay by Lingaraj Granites showroom in Bhubaneswar. This role involves managing the front desk, greeting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming and skilled atmosphere.



Daily responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, managing appointment schedules, coordinating visitor check-ins, and maintaining reception area cleanliness and organization. The Senior Receptionist will support basic clerical tasks such as handling correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative documentation. This role also includes coordinating with sales and design teams, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring that guests receive timely assistance and accurate information.
Qualifications

Robust Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills, including front desk operations, appointment management, and record keeping.
