This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Manager role based in Noida. The Influencer Marketing Manager will identify, evaluate, and onboard influencers and content creators across channels such as Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms. The role involves planning and executing influencer campaigns, negotiating partnerships, managing budgets, and ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and performance goals. The individual will coordinate content briefs, track campaign performance, analyze results, and report insights to internal stakeholders. They will also collaborate closely with brand, social media, and performance marketing teams to integrate influencer activities into broader marketing strategies and maintain long-term relationships with key partners.
Qualifications
Proven experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or partnerships within beauty, skincare, or consumer brands.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and content trends,



especially on Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video platforms.
Skills in campaign planning, contract negotiation, budgeting, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
Ability to develop explicit briefs, review content for brand alignment, and provide constructive feedback to creators.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills to work with both internal teams and external partners.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI to optimize campaigns.
