Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Executive role based in Salem. The Sales Executive will identify and engage prospective customers, explain Bajaj Finserv’s lending, insurance, and wealth advisory offerings, and guide them through the application and onboarding process. The role involves meeting sales targets, conducting regular follow-ups, maintaining strong customer relationships,



and ensuring high standards of service and compliance with company policies. The Sales Executive will coordinate with branch teams and other internal stakeholders, prepare basic sales reports, and provide market feedback to support product and process improvements.
Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify prospects and close deals effectively.
Customer relationship management and communication skills, including transparent verbal and written communication.
Basic financial understanding and comfort with explaining lending, insurance, and investment products to customers.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment, with good time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using computers and standard office applications; familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.
