We are currently seeking a Assistant Marketing Manager from Beauty, Skincare & Personal Care industry with 4+ year of experience. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the skincare or beauty industry.

Role Overview:

Brand Awareness and Consumer Relationship
Conceptualize and execute integrated brand strategies, campaigns, media and content that drive brand awareness, consideration, affinity and consumer acquisition for belif.
Continuously build and strengthen consumer relationships through elevated brand experiences, meaningful engagement and initiatives that drive trial, conversion and retention.
Identify, develop and translate consumer and skincare insights of the core target audience into relevant brand, communication and activation prospects.




Build a robust understanding of the evolving Indian skincare and K-beauty consumer, including routines, concerns, ingredient preferences, trends and purchase drivers.

Brand Custodian
Create, maintain and enforce belif brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all consumer touchpoints and marketing channels.
Act as the key custodian and driver of belif’s brand identity, positioning and communication strategy in India, ensuring the brand remains true to its global DNA while being locally relevant.
Develop and manage a comprehensive communications strategy spanning brand design, digital and offline media, social media, retail, e-commerce, CRM, PR, influencer marketing and consumer-facing touchpoints.
Build and strengthen the brand profile through consistent articulation of belif’s Korean heritage, skincare expertise, product efficacy and distinctive brand world.
