- Lead and mentor developers thru coaching and sharing of knowledge

- Architecture design and Develop new functionality and critical business logic of software products

- Enhance existing applications and software products and design recent product

- BE Computer/IT or MCA or similar

- Proven experience with Microsoft .NET technologies including, ASP.NET, ADO.NET

- Languages: C#, VB.Net, SQL/T-SQL, JavaScript/DHTML VBScript, HTML, XML jQuery, JSON.

- Experience of working on Windows Services and enterprise class web application

- Experience with front end UI design preferred

- Experience of crystal report and other reporting tool is preferred

- Experience of Install shield packaging tool is preferred

- Minimum 2 years in backend software design in SQL Server or Oracle, Stored procedures, ASP.NET, VB.NET

- 3 to 7 years of actual experience of software product development
