Proven recruiting experience,
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.

- Conduct interviews using various reliable personnel selection tools/methods to filter candidates.





· Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (Structured, competency based, stress etc.)

· Periodic contact with Placement Director/Office, when required.

- On-boarding recent employees.

- Hands on experience with various selection processes (Phone interviewing, reference check etc.)

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong decision making and presentation skills.

- Promote company’s reputation as “Best place to work”.

Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree from a UGC recognized Institute/University in any

discipline


